Preparing for Your Upcoming Rental

Carefully review all information and let us know if you have any questions or changes

If you can, email a signed copy of your rental agreement before we arrive. If not, our delivery professional will bring a copy of the agreement for your signature at time of delivery

Please also take a moment to convey the safety requirements as stated in the agreement to everyone that will be utilizing and/or supervising the unit(s).

PAYMENT
Unless otherwise stated, we will process any balance due amount to the card on file that was used for your deposit. Please make sure funds are available for processing. We will NOT deliver your items if payment has been declined. For events being held @ a park or public venture, we will accept cash only at delivery.

DAMAGE WAIVER INSURANCE
If you have not done so already, we strongly urge you to consider adding the damage waiver coverage to your rental. For only a $10 flat rate, it provides piece of mind of not being held liable for unexpected damages to equipment that may occur during the rental period.


DELIVERY

  • An adult over 18 yrs old MUST be present at the time of delivery
  • IMPORTANT: If an adult is not present at time of delivery, we will immediately proceed to our next appointment. Your delivery will then be moved towards the back of the line. Note: A minimum $50 fee will be charged for re-delivery
  • If you have not done so already, please give us a phone number (cell preferred) where we can contact you if there are any questions

BEFORE WE ARRIVE

  • Please choose a FLAT & SPACIOUS area that will fit your inflatable dimensions
  • The space also needs to be CLEAN and free of debris. No rocks! No Mud! No Droppings! No Stairs! Make sure your gate is wide enough (at least 4 feet) for the inflatable to pass through. Note: We will NOT set up if these conditions exist in the set up area
  • Remove all vehicles and objects from set-up area/path BEFORE we arrive. If you live in a gated community, please give us entry/access codes BEFORE our arrival.
  • IMPORTANT: Once unit(s) have been set up in a particular location, there is a $50 per unit relocation fee should you decide to move unit(s) to another location
  • Please let us know in advance if we will be setting up on CONCRETE or ASPHALT surface as not all units can be set up on these surfaces
  • If renting a water slide, please have a water hose long enough to reach set-up area and lots of blankets and/or tarps to cover high traffic, muddy areas (usually entrance & exit of unit).

We reserve the right to deny set-up if chosen area does not meet required standards.

 
MAINTENANCE/RULES

  • Shoes, food, drinks, sharp objects & SILLY STRING are NEVER allowed inside or on unit(s)
  • Socks must be worn at all times
  • ABSOLUTELY no flipping or horse play

PET OWNERS

  • For safety reasons, please secure pets before we arrive for set up and/or pick up
  • Please make sure there are NO PET DROPPINGS in or around the set-up area
  • Pets are NOT allowed inside of units. Most have sharp claws that can cause damage to unit(s)
  • For overnight rentals, make sure pets are kept away from unit(s)

ACCESS TO POWER

Because blowers are constantly on & consumes a fair amount of electricity, make sure that there is an available dedicated circuit to power each blower motor within 100 foot of the setup area. For an extra fee, we can provide a generator if power supply is inadequate.

CONCESSION RENTALS

If renting a concession item, please return all equipment and supplies identified as “Property of Mr. Moonwalk” including plastic containers, etc. to the Mr. Moonwalk representative. You are responsible to pay the full value for any misplaced or broken item under your care.

We strongly recommend that you become familiar with these instructions before using equipment.

BEFORE WE PICK UP

  • Please remove ALL trash & personal items (such as toys, clothing, etc.) from unit(s)
  • Make sure unit is in same condition as it was when delivered. We WILL charge a $50 cleaning fee for access trash & garbage left in unit(s)
  • If unit(s) is no longer being used before pick up, simply turn blower off and remove cord from outlet
  • In case it rains while in your possession, please turn off each blower unit, detach from inflatable, and place in a sheltered area
  • IMPORTANT: Because the inflatable(s) need to be rolled up in a specific manner, PLEASE DO NOT ATTEMPT TO ROLL UP OR MOVE UNIT ahead of our scheduled pick up
  • Finally, you do not need to be present for pick up as long as we have access to ALL Mr. Moonwalk equipment.

WEATHER DISCLAIMER

For safety reasons, Mr. Moonwalk cannot deliver or set-up in inclement weather. If bad weather is projected on the day of your event, please contact us NO LATER THAN 24 HOURS of scheduled date of delivery to reconfirm, reschedule or cancel your appointment. Unfortunately, refunds are not possible once unit(s) has been delivered – even if it rains during your event so please plan carefully.
