GENERAL RULES TO FOLLOW:
CHILDREN’S SAFETY DEPENDS ON YOU. YOUR PERSONAL SUPERVISION IS ABSOLUTELY REQUIRED. AS THE LESSEE OF THE MR. MOONWALK LLC, THE SAFETY OF ALL RIDERS IS YOUR RESPONSIBILITY. Only compatible age groups and size shall play on the MR. MOONWALK LLC unit at the same time. The maximum number of riders of each group that should play at one time is:

All riders MUST REMOVE SHOES before playing in the MR. MOONWALK LLC unit. To avoid neck and back injuries, FLIPS ARE NOT ALLOWED! ABSOLUTELY NO “Silly String”, gum, candy, food, or other sticky substances are allowed in unit. If upon pickup such cleaning is required, a $50 cleaning fee shall be automatically imposed. Please remove ALL personal items from the Mr Moonwalk unit before it is picked up/returned.
DELIVERY:
An adult over 18 yrs old MUST be present at the time of delivery. If an adult is not present at time of delivery, we will immediately proceed to our next appointment and thus put you towards the back of the line for re-delivery. A minimum $50 fee will be charged for re-delivery. To the street address specified above by Lessee (Customer). Lessee grants Lessor right to enter the property at the said street address (Delivery Address) for the delivery and subsequent pick up of the MR. MOONWALK LLC, unit at the specified time. We reserve the right to refuse delivery at any location if a Mr. Moonwalk LLC delivery representative determines that location and/or environment is unsuitable, unsafe, and/or inappropriate. Set up MUST BE on a flat, spacious, mud-free, surface that is CLEAN and free of debris.
Delivery times are specific to each order and will be determined at the time of booking based on an available and suitable time slot. Due to the unique nature of each delivery, we cannot guarantee a specific delivery time. Thus a “delivery window” is usually given at time of booking and displayed on your rental agreement. In general we provide delivery services during normal business hours; however special delivery and pick up times can be arranged in advance for a extra fee.
Sprinklers & Irrigation Systems
Set-up location and conditions are the responsibility of the customer and must be identified upon placing a rental reservation and cannot be modified once the driver has left the warehouse. Mr Moonwalk LLC is not responsible for damage to underground cabling and/or utilities including irrigation systems.
BEFORE WE ARRIVE FOR SET UP:
-Grass must be mowed BEFORE we arrive.
-Please let us know in advance if we will be setting up on CONCRETE or ASPHALT surface.
-If renting a WATER SLIDE please have a water hose long enough to reach set-up area and lots of blankets and/or tarps to cover high traffic, muddy areas (usually entrance & exit of unit). If you do not have a water hose, we are more than happy to rent one to you for a $10 fee.
BEFORE WE PICK UP:
-Please remove ALL personal items (such as toys, clothing, etc.) from unit(s).
-Make sure unit is in same condition as it was when delivered.
-If unit(s) is no longer being used before pick up, simply turn blower motor off and remove cord from outlet.
–In case it rains while in your possession, please turn off each blower unit, detach from inflatable, and place in a sheltered area or simply pull the deflated unit over the blower to protect it from the elements.
-IMPORTANT: Because the inflatable(s) need to be rolled up in a specific manner, PLEASE DO NOT ATTEMPT TO ROLL UP OR MOVE UNIT ahead of our scheduled pick up.
-Finally, you do not need to be present for pick up as long as we have access to ALL Mr. Moonwalk equipment. This does NOT apply to set up in public venues.
ACCESS TO POWER & POWER SOURCE: OUTLETS MUST BE IDENTIFIED & TESTED BEFORE WE ARRIVE FOR SET UP
Proper and adequate access to a power source for blower motor(s) is the sole responsibility of Lessee as whereby MR. MOONWALK LLC is not responsible for any charges and/or fees as a result of the use of blower motor(s) while unit is in Lessee’s possession. Each blower needs to be on a dedicated circuit.
CONCESSIONS:
If renting a concession item, please return all equipment and supplies identified as “Property of Mr. Moonwalk” including plastic containers, etc. to the Mr. Moonwalk representative. You are responsible to pay the full value for any misplaced or broken item under your care.
For operating instructions of any of our equipment, please go the “Concessions / Party Supplies” tab on our website (http://mrmoonwalk.com/?page_id=8) and print out the instructions for the specific equipment you are renting. Although we will provide a brief operations tutorial of the equipment rental at the time of delivery, we strongly recommend that you become familiar with these instructions before using equipment. Important: Please DO NOT clean concessions after use! These items need to be clean in a specific, professional manner to avoid damage.
WEATHER / RAIN POLICY & CANCELLATIONS:
DURING PERIODS OF SEVERE WEATHER CONDITIONS (I.E. RAIN< HIGH WINDS, ETC.), WE RESERVE THE RIGHT TO CANCEL YOUR RESERVATIONS FOR SAFETY REASONS. IF CONDITIONS ARE NOT TOO SEVERE WE WILL GIVE YOU THE OPTION OF KEEPING IT OR NOT. IF YOU DECIDE TO PROCEED WITH THE TERM OF THIS RENTAL AGREEMENT, THERE WILL BE NO REFUNDS ONCE WE HAVE LOADED YOUR ITEMS FOR DELIVERY. FOR CANCELLATION, YOU MUST CONTACT US AT LEAST 24 HOURS BEFORE YOUR DELIVERY DATE AND TIME OR YOU WILL BE LIABLE FOR PAYMENT FOR THE ENTIRE INVOICE.
1) Insure that all safety rules and operating instructions posted on the front of the inflatable are followed.
2) Adult supervision is required at all times.
3) In case of high winds or storms, have all persons exit the inflatable and then unplug the unit and let it deflate.
4) Remove all sharp or pointed objects from pockets.
5) No Silly String is to come in contact with the inside or outside of the unit.
6) No food, drinks or gum chewing allowed.
7) Remove shoes, eyeglasses and jewelry
8) No flips, somersaults, rough play, piling on or wrestling
9) Do not bounce against sides or near the front entrance way. Do not bounce into corner posts.
10) Do not climb on side walls or nets
11) Keep a safe distance between kids bouncing in the inflatable
12) No jumping or sitting on the entrance ramp
13) No jumping off of the top of the slide
14) Only allow similar sized riders in the inflatable at once
15) Follow the maximum number of riders guidelines as posted on the inflatable
16) Follow the maximum weight limit as posted on the inflatable
17) Do not let the inflatable rub up against any surface
18) Do not move the bounce from the location where set up
19) Individuals with head, neck or back injuries or disabilities, pregnant women, small infants, and others who may be susceptible to injury from falls, bumps, or bouncing are not permitted in the unit at any time.
20) Water hoses or water must not be used in the inflatable unless specifically manufactured for use with water
21) Splash pools for water slides must be drained if ride will be left unattended unless area is fenced in and gate is locked.
22) Dunk tanks and splash pools must be filled with potable water and drained and refreshed every 4 hours of use. Dunkee must be 18 years of age or older.
23) If the inflatable starts to deflate, have all riders exit immediately and then check for one of the following conditions:
A) The blower motor has stopped; in which case check the power cord connection at the outlet to make sure that it has not been unplugged. If not, check to make sure a circuit breaker was not tripped.
B) If blower motor continues to run; check for blockage of air intake screen on the side of the blower unit. Also check all air tubes on the back of the inflatable for snugness and tighten ties if necessary.
C) If either of these steps corrects the problem, fully re-inflate the unit prior to permitting anyone to use it.
